The Role

The Social Club is seeking a qualified and highly passionate Success Manager, to enter the company in our current high-paced, growth phase.

Skills required:

  • 1+ years experience in Client Service, Account Management or Success Management
  • Agency, marketing or tech background is ideal but not required
  • Strong & professional communication is essential
  • Driven, creative, passionate and deadline focused
  • Adaptable and ability to wear multiple hats per day while we are in massive growth stage
  • Passionate about working in a startup environment
  • Positive and enthusiastic attitude
  • Ability to handle stress and high pressure which can come for working in a start up environment
  • Most importantly we need someone who believes in our vision and has an internal drive to deliver leading innovative technology to our key clients

The day to day:

  • Service existing clients to ensure success & satisfaction across all aspects of campaigns, from sales through to communications and reporting
  • Preparing proposals and presentations for new & existing clients
  • Strong & professional communications with company clients and other connected parties to The Social Club, ensuring satisfaction with our service
  • Recruiting influencers to join the Social Club platform and managing influencer communications.
  • Assisting with the Social Clubs marketing activities on occasion
  • Assisting with the Social Club platform strategy and testing
  • As one of our early employees, you will train new team members as they join the team and bring them in on the vision of the company
  • The Social Club is expanding overseas in 2017 so there will be the opportunity be a big part of the launch, travelling/relocating to the new markets
  • Being a startup, other duties that may arise on a day-to-day basis and the Employee is expected to contribute towards other tasks that lead to the Company’s overall success.

  • Hitting (and where possible, exceeding) personal monthly targets as well as assisting the team in hitting monthly team targets.

  • Bringing new processes into the company where you see applicable, and assisting the management in ensuring current company processes and policies are followed

  • Overseeing junior employees and ensure quality of work is high

  • As one of our early employees, you will train new team members as they join the team and bring them in on the vision of the company

  • As the team grows, you will become a Senior member of the Social Club, responsible for managing a team (onshore or offshore) and a core driver for the company’s success

  • As the Social Club is expanding overseas there will be the opportunity be a big part of the launch, travelling/relocating to the new markets

  • managing the development team (2x Developers, 1x UX/Designer + growing) to ensure they meet deadlines
  • adopting agile methodology
  • managing daily stand ups
  • accountable for managing entire lifecycle of the platform 
  • reporting on platform progress
  • evaluating and optimising all technical processes at The Social Club
  • researching leading technologies, to determine opportunities for the company
